Type of Corporation - Ideal Area Developers are strong marketing oriented corporations involved in multi-unit F&B retailing or other retail, service or lifestyle related franchises and should have access to suitable locations or have experience in property acquisition and property development.
Reputation & Image - Area Developers should have a reputation for honesty and integrity in dealing with its partners, associates, employees, suppliers, the public and other institutions. Area Developers must understand that a good image and reputation is indispensable in establishing Chic-a-boo Fried Chicken® in the Development Area.
