Gelato, Sorbetto and Sundaes
Snowflake produces more than 100 different flavours of gelato and is always working with partners and suppliers to develop new specials. All are made with 100% natural, fine quality ingredients. These combined with traditional artisan methods of production applied by a team of Italian gelato chefs with a combined 50 years' worth of experience, have led to Snowflake winning 26 Great Taste awards. In 2014 Snowflake was crowned the Great Taste Supreme Champion for its raspberry sorbetto making this the UK's number 1 product. Snowflake's menu changes throughout the year, focussing on seasonal flavours with something new for even the most regular customers to try every time. The menu encompasses a wide range of gelato-based desserts including sundaes, hot & cold desserts, and patisseria.
Snowflake shakes contain three scoops of gelato combined with a touch of organic Jersey milk. That's all. No additional flavours are added, testament to the quality of the natural flavour profiles of the gelato. The result is a thick, generous and very much luxury shake.
Crepes and Waffles
Created by Snowflake, both recipes offer customers a warm and indulgent treat that pairs beautifully with gelato. The menu contains a number of varieties combining toppings and sauces.

Training and Support
The Snowflake management development program is designed to teach the fundamentals of operating a Snowflake store, and to ensure managers are equipped with the skills needed to meet and exceed the standards Snowflake customers have come to expect. The training programme begins with an induction day to immerse new starters in the company's history and culture, journey, values and purpose. It is then a working tour of the entire business with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in all aspects, from production and finance all the way through to front line customer service. Training manuals and video tutorials are shared with all team members on an ongoing basis to ensure the maintenance of knowledge and skills. These materials are supported by a programme of appraisals, audits, customer feedback reviews, and mystery shopper feedback reviews to ensure Snowflake remains at the forefront of offering excellent customer experience.
